It’s what’s on the inside. Our much beloved Brandied Pink Pearl Apple is back for 2026. We fired up the pots for this warming beauty using a few crates of these pink-fleshed apples, sourced only from the island - this year from Dave Zoeller, a longtime island orchardist - and occasional wassail leader - who has brought us fruit since the very beginning.

Featuring these hearts-on-their-sleeve apples and spiked with Orcas Island Distillery’s apple brandy, it’s like letting all of what’s on the inside shine bright.

We love this jam on cheese boards alongside aged cheddar. With the perfect edge of nuanced brandy, it’s a fine accompaniment to breakfast spreads and makes a delicious thumbprint cookie.
